REGULAR GROUPS & EVENTS
Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday – evenings and daytime
These small groups meet in person and online, and include Bible study, prayer and support with the stuff of life. They’re also a great way to get to know people better.
TIME 4 YOU LADIES’ GROUP
First Monday of the month
All ladies are welcome for tea, coffee and chat—a time to grow together with God and each other.
POWERHOUSE MEN’S GROUP
These events provide an opportunity to build friendships, pray together, learn together and be challenged together (and often have a lot of fun!)
LIGHTHOUSES OF PRAYER
These small groups meet to pray for our town and area: its people, organisations and leaders.
Second Friday of the month
For anyone who enjoys exploring different genres of books and/or would like help setting up or maintaining an e-reader.
First Friday of the month, 12.30pm
Soup, sandwiches and cakes followed by a ‘Thought for the Day’. There’s no need to book – everyone is welcome. A suggested donation of £2 to cover lunch costs is optional. Click here for details of the next lunch club.
PRAYER & WORSHIP EVENINGS

COURSES & SPECIAL EVENTS
Alpha is a chance to explore and question the meaning of life. Over a series of ten sessions, find out about the basics of the Christian faith and our relationship with God. There’s a light meal, a short film and some time to say what you think in small groups. It’s fun and relaxed, and you can ask anything you like. (That’s why over 29 million people worldwide have already tried Alpha.)
THE MARRIAGE COURSE
A seven-week course to enrich your marriage irrespective of age, length of time married, background or level of faith.
- starts with dinner for two
- opportunity for you and your husband/wife to talk privately through a topic aired on a talk given via DVD
- no group discussion
- free course (an optional donation towards food costs is £3.00)
